Job Description

Temporary Finance Associate

 

Experience Level

  • 3-5 Years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment

  • Prior experience working through an ERP Implementation (strong plus)

  • Familiarity with Multi-entity or international accounting

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and receivable processing

  • Bank reconciliations and journal entries

  • Assist with monthly close process

  • Support data validation and migration activities

  • Run reports and help troubleshoot issues

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Strong excel skills

  • Experience with ERP systems

  • Based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin; hybrid (3 days in-office)

 

The pay range is $25 - $30 per hour.
