Description Parallel Employment is seeking highly motivated individuals in the Mount Pleasant area to join our team as Electrical Assembly Operators. As an Electrical Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packing electrical components in a fast-paced warehousing environment. Responsibilities
Assemble electrical components using hand tools, following specific instructions and safety guidelines.
Test completed assemblies for proper functionality using multimeters and other testing equipment.
Pack finished products securely for shipment, ensuring that all components are properly labeled and accounted for.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
Complete required production reporting and documentation.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
Manually pick and place small components onto specified areas.
Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents.
Experience using hand and power tools a plus
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
This position requires walking, standing, and repetitive bending throughout the day; must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift.
Specific vision abilities are required including; close and distance vision, the ability to identify colors, hand/eye coordination, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Some holidays and weekends required.
Benefits Have 4 days off each week!
Day Shift: Monday-Wednesday from 6: 00pm-6: 00am ($19.00/hour)
Day Shift: Thursday-Saturday from 6: 00am-6: 00pm ($18.00/hour)
Night Shift: Monday-Wednesday from 6: 00pm-6: 00am ($19.80/hour)
Night Shift: Thursday-Saturday from 6: 00pm-6: 00am ($19.80/hour)
Temp to Hire Position. After conversion, employees will be eligible for the following benefits:
80 hours personal time, 80 hours vacation time, and 11 paid company holidays (8 hours paid per holiday).
