Parallel Employment is seeking dedicated Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our partner location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and achieving production targets. Your role is critical in preparing materials for storage or shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Use measuring tools, including micrometers and tape measures, for quality control.

• Monitor operations and troubleshoot issues that arise during production.

• Document output and identify defective products.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred.

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Pay rates starting at $18.00 - Shift Differentials Apply

• $4.00 daily Attendance Bonus paid weekly
