Parallel Employment is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support production operations, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures

• Assemble and package products

• Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards

• Prepare and organize materials for production

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

• Strong attention to detail

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required

• Reliable and punctual

2nd shift rate $16.86
