Working Production Supervisor full time 40 hrs

Pay rate: $20.00 hr/DOE

Job Description: Supervises all personnel within assigned department, also assists in the supervision of personnel within all other departments within the plant.

*Responsibilities:

- Should be capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Overseas and monitors training / production, material handling, and quality to ensure it is in compliance with customer requirements takes necessary corrective action on any non- conformance.

- Monitors plant safety and enforces all Manitoba Corp rules and regulations

*Training Requirements

- Training will be available on site.

- the ability to supervise departments within the company as assigned

- Must be knowledgeable in company safety, quality and ISO requirements

**Requirements

- Stand for extended periods of time

- Lift up to 50 pounds

- Steel Toe Work boots/shoes
