Production/Bakery. Place pans and/or lids onto feeder conveyors at start of production. Move stacks of pans and/or lids on wheeled dollies to pan feeding area as needed. Fill gaps in the cycle process as needed. Remove any product during jams at the lidder area. Assist in maintaining sage, clean and organized work area. Visually check and manually straighten dough as necessary. Place bags in boxes and keep line full at all times. Fill boxes with bread to the specified pack size in an organized manner. Sort out periodic defects coming at a reasonable rate and place into a separate container. Clear any product jams that may occur.
