Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a Crusher Feed Operator for a client in the construction materials industry. As a Crusher Feed Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing equipment to ensure the efficient production of materials.

1st shift hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 based on experience

Responsibilities:

Operate and control crusher equipment to process raw materials

Monitor and adjust feed rates to ensure optimal production

Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Perform quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience operating crusher or similar equipment preferred

Familiarity with basic maintenance and troubleshooting

Understanding of safety regulations and procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet production goals

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in elevated areas

Good communication and teamwork skills
