This position is responsible for providing excellent and effective customer service to all customers by maintaining thorough company product knowledge. The CSR will be accountable for creating, communicating, and documenting new orders within the sales department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Serves customers by determining requirements, answering inquires and resolving customer needs
Interacts with customers via telephone, email and/or online chat to provide support and information on product or services
Accurately process customer transactions via portal, phone, email, etc
Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and improve goodwill of the organization
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of products and how they work together
Provide accurate information regarding product availability and shipping status
Promptly manage the incoming calls of customers and ensure proper attention
Enter and manage customer orders within the expected time from receipt of the order to ensure timely shipments
Ensure the quality of orders by thoroughly inspecting data entry
Operate company programs/systems (CRM/Acumatica)
Assist in special projects as needed

Education:
Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent is strongly preferred
Over 2 year and up to including 3 years’ experience is preferred

Hours: 8:00 PM -5:00 PM

Pay: $20-23/HR
