JOB SUMMARY

A warehouse driver is responsible for retrieving and inspecting product in the warehouse. The warehouse driver will insure that the product is counted and labeled correctly for delivery. They are to address any problem or safety concerns to the warehouse manager. Reports and responsible to the warehouse manager. This is a 1st shift position, $20.00-$25.00 /hr depending upon experience.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITY

Under the direction of and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for:

• Pulling orders for shipping

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Filling out paperwork(shipping/receiving)

• Labeling product

NATURE AND SCOPE

The position of warehouse driver is an hourly position working on 1st shift with an average workweek comprised of 40 hours per week.

JOB DUTIES

• Put orders together as assigned by Warehouse Manger

• Load and unload trucks per schedule and as appropriate

• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse

• Review and receive incoming shipments

• Maintain the upkeep of machinery and tools

• Report any problems or concerns to the Warehouse Manager

• Conduct additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Trained and holds a fork truck operation license.

• Able to read charts and measurement results.

• Ability to multi-task as needed.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
