POSITION: CNC Operators
We are looking for CNC operators, typically at all levels.
CNC Level 1 ($16-17.50 HR)
Can perform own inspections using all of the following gauges proficiently: caliper, micrometer, depth micrometer, height stand, profilometer, snap ring gauge, digital bore gauge, rail bore gauge, Hanlo port gauge
Can read, understand, and follow written work instructions, LLT' s and related paperwork
1-2 years experience
CNC Level 2 ($17.50-$19.00 HR)
Can perform own inspections using all of the following gauges proficiently: caliper, micrometer, depth micrometer, height stand, profilometer, snap ring gauge, digital bore gauge, rail bore gauge, Hanlo port gauge
Can read, understand, and follow written work instructions, LLT' s and related paperwork
Ability to change inserts on face mills as needed, identify tool wear and when adjustments/ changes need to be made
3-5 years experience
CNC Level 3 ($19.00+ HR)
Can perform own inspections using all of the following gauges proficiently: caliper, micrometer, depth micrometer, height stand, profilometer, snap ring gauge, digital bore gauge, rail bore gauge, Hanlo port gauge
Can read, understand, and follow written work instructions, LLT' s and related paperwork
Ability to change inserts on face mills as needed, identify tool wear and when adjustments/ changes need to be made
Create, edit and/ or retrieve CNC programs from system files & execute
Perform non-CNC equipment operation, hand work operations, inspections, saw-cut operations etc. As needed
5+ years exp.

2nd shift: 3: 30 pm -2: 00 am Mon-Thurs
