We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators to become part of our dynamic workforce! In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process by ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Your dedication will contribute directly to the quality of our products!
Your Shifts:
2nd Shift: 3PM - 11:15 PM M-F ($17.50 per hour includes shift differential)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM M-F ($18.50 per hour includes shift differential)
Job type: Temp-to-Hire
What You Will Do:
Set up and operate machinery to manufacture high-quality components.
Perform inspections and measurements on your output to ensure precision (tools like calipers and micrometers will be your best friends!).
Thrive in a collaborative team environment, engaging fully during shift changes.
Read and interpret blueprints and documentation with confidence.
Maintain your machines and workspace to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Embrace any additional duties that help the team excel!
Requirements
