We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client in Angola,NY. The role involves managing office operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring efficient communication and organization throughout the workplace.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5 PM
Job Type: Temporary to Hire
Pay: $20- $24/hr. BOE
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in an administrative role preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge in Accounts receivable
