Parallel Employment is seeking motivated individuals for 1st Shift Assembly Positions. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling small parts and products according to specifications and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5am to 1:30pm

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
