Parallel Employment is currently hiring for the position of Assembly Technician. At Parallel Employment, we pride ourselves on providing great benefits for our employees.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging a variety of hand tools. This includes performing assembly operations such as oil fill, electrical connections, and decal application. You will also be required to perform in-process quality checks and correct any non-conformances. Additionally, you will be expected to complete productivity and quality audit reporting.

Shifts are available on all three shifts with current shift times as follows:

• 1st shift: 6:00 am-2:30 pm M-F

• 2nd shift: 2:45 pm-11:45 pm M-F

The starting pay rate for this position is $15-$16/ HR

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Prior work experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Good attendance record

• Reliable transportation (not on a bus line)

• Good hand dexterity

• Experience using hand tools, air tools, test stands, and automated assembly equipment.
