Parallel Employment Group is seeking a motivated Business-to-Consumer Customer Service Representative to join a growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to consumers, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry through post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving product issues, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential in this role.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2C environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Proficient in computer applications and order management systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

$18.72 an hour
