Parallel Employment Group is currently hiring a Part-Time Afternoon Customer Service Representative for a client in Buffalo, NY. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries

Assisting customers with product information and order placement

Processing orders accurately and efficiently

Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High school diploma or equivalent

Available to work part-time hours in the afternoon; 2pm - 10pm (5-8 hour shifts)

Flexible days/hours based on candidate availability

Weekend availability is a must
