Position: Flag pole Customer Service Support

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing quotes for the sales department while overseeing the

shipping timeline and catching deviations from quoted pricing and arrival.

Duties:

• Receive incoming and make outgoing phone calls

• Provide LTL freight quotes for customers and sales departments in a timely manner

• Troubleshoot and develop solutions with challenging delivery locations and time sensitivity

• Process LTL, truckload & expedite shipments (Inbound and outbound) using Acumatica and TMS

• Calculate and add customer freight charges (and carrier costs) to orders in TMS and Acumatica.

• Use mathematical talent to be sure charges are correct

• Handles shipment details for Orlando, FL location

• Provide backup to production order processing for truck shipments

• Provide support to freight lines when needed

• Assist LTL office as needed

• Assist in small projects as needed

Hours: 8:15 PM -5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/HR
