Job description: You will assemble LED lighting fixtures and systems, follow work instructions and perform quality checks.
Compensation: $15.00 / HR
Shift Availability:
DAYS: 6 am -4 pm Mon - Thurs, possible OT on Fri
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform product assembly and related activities for LED lighting fixtures and systems
Ability to understand production volume & quality and contributes to team or production line goals and timelines
Perform verification of picked materials against the work order bill of materials
Perform product testing and quality verification.
May also perform product labeling, date coding, and packaging duties.
Complete all necessary work order documentation.
Complete daily entry of personal or team productivity data.
Qualifications/Expectations:
GED, High School, or equivalent education is highly preferred
6-months of similar manufacturing experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Flexibility to occasionally work mandatory overtime to meet production goals
Ability to constantly stand up for an entire 8 hour shift
Ability to frequently lift and carry 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds
Ability to learn and operate hand and pneumatic assembly tools
Ability to read and understand a production work order
Able to learn to accurately assemble, code, test, label and pack product
