Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for a long term client in Lancaster, NY. The customer is looking for a Forklift Operator with experience who is comfortable operating a forklift around storage areas, warehouse spaces and outdoors if needed.

Pay Rate: $17 to $19 an hour

Hours: 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM

Responsibilities:

• Unload materials and merchandise from income vehicles and stack them in assigned areas in warehouse

• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

• Identify damage and report shortages or quality deficiencies

• Transport materials to production area using forklift

Requirements:

• Experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Able to follow safety rules at all times

• Must wear steel toe shoes

• Attendance is very important
