Role primarily involves general administrative support, including:
Â
• Posting job openings on bulletin boards and preparing flyers for employee birthdays/anniversaries
• Coordinating events such as the Health Fair and employee celebrations (e.g., cupcake orders, decorations)
• Assisting employees by directing questions to the appropriate HR contacts and helping with locked account issues
• Sending faxes, making copies, maintaining cleaning logs, and printing packets as needed
• Performing light coordination tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing events, and keeping inventory
Must be bilingual

1st shift Monday - Friday 8am -5pm pay rate $17.00 an hour
