In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving materials throughout the warehouse to ensure production and shipping goals are met. You’ll operate powered industrial trucks to transport, load, and organize products across multiple departments while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and reach forklifts

• Transport, load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished goods

• Assist with shipping, receiving, repack, and other warehouse functions as needed

• Ensure accurate product handling to prevent damage and maintain proper labeling visibility

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with workplace standards

• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow

• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience (stand-up and/or reach required)

• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work in different departments based on daily needs

• Ability to work both independently and on a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods
