Responsibilities

• Be able to measure

• Capable of math equations (batches split or quartered)

• Troubleshoot

• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods

• Maintain and clean work area

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety protocols

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
