Job Description: In partnership with Legacy Bake House, Parallel Employment Group is hiring a Sanitation Lead. This position is responsible for overseeing the other shift sanitation technicians and performing daily sanitation duties that help maintain the Master Cleaning Schedule.
Compensation: $19.00 hourly
Shift availability: 1st Shift, 6AM - 4: 30PM
Job expectations/responsibilities:
Set up/run Continuous mixing line and the Pita line per customer or internal specs.
Help maintain the equipment by doing a general inspection of equipment, perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and report any repair needs to your supervisor.
Conduct testing according to customer / internal specs.
Record all data needed on the required intervals.
Record Lot numbers for traceability purposes.
Clean equipment as needed following the cleaning matrix.
Alert the Supervisor if you find any mechanical problem or unsafe condition.
Notify QA and Management of any food safety issues or concerns.
Conduct change over s to prepare for the next product run.
Food safety, personnel safety and positional training requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to stand / walk on your feet for up to 8 hours or more
Ability to read / write English effectively
Ability to perform mathematics addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentages
Ability to work in warm environments
