<p>2. Installation, repair and support of new production equipment.</p>&#13;

<p>4. Breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>5. Development and execution of a PM program for all equipment.</p>&#13;

<p>9. Repair and adjustment of all equipment, machinery, or components, etc.</p>&#13;
<p>10. Clean machines and machine parts, using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other</p>&#13;
<p>equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>11. Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.</p>&#13;
<p>12. Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations.</p>&#13;
<p>13. Operate equipment to demonstrate proper use or to analyze malfunctions.</p>&#13;
<p>14. Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying</p>&#13;
<p>knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.</p>&#13;
<p>15. Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures.</p>&#13;

<p>Skill Requirements:</p>&#13;

<p>2. Working knowledge of all site services including: Compressed air, vacuum and chilled water</p>&#13;
<p>3. Fault finding and problem solving.</p>&#13;

<p>Employer notes:</p>&#13;
<p>*Needs to have solid experience, will be working mainly by themselves on 3rd shift after training period. There are other mechanics on 3rd, just not that dept.</p>&#13;

<p>*Must have strong problem solving abilities</p>&#13;
<p>*Must know basic math and measurement skills</p>&#13;
<p>*This position fixes mechanical, tooling, electrical issues on the machinery. This dept (blanking) is the cutting phase so they take a large role of paper, set it up on the machine to be fed through a die cutter, which cut the paper into rectangular sheets (these are called Blanks). On the opposite side is a robotic arm that builds pallets of Blanks.</p>&#13;
<p>*Big plus to come from food packaging or any packaging background, but not required.</p>&#13;
<p>&nbsp;</p>&#13;
<p>3rd shift: M-F; 11pm-7am.<br />&#13;
Pay: pay based on experience up to $35/hr + $2/hr shift premium.<br />&#13;

<p>&bull; Cleans surfaces and machines located in the Raw Materials Department.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Transfers raw materials from transportation containers through mechanical receiving systems to hoppers, blenders or tumblers. Mixes, by formula, additional raw materials including pigments, reground material and chemical agents to achieve and transfer appropriate blended material for use in injection molding machines.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Writes hopper labels describing the weight of the material and the weight of pigment contained in the material.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Operates the regrind machine to grind rejected products into raw material and operates the metal detector on the material to ensure it is clean and ready for reuse.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Reads production schedule to determine amounts of virgin and reground material that is needed to meet the production plan.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Performs minor maintenance on machines.</p>&#13;

<p>Position title: Warehouse Lead</p>&#13;
<p>&nbsp;</p>&#13;
<p>Primary Responsibility: </p>&#13;
<p>The Shift Lead communicates effectively with the production floor/quality personnel to ensure smooth transition of finished goods from the production floor to the warehouse/loading dock, maintaining safe working practices, GMP, Hygiene standards providing motivation and effective leadership to the warehouse staff.</p>&#13;
<p>&nbsp;</p>&#13;
<p>Night shift: Mon- Fri 11pm-7am, 3rd shift starts on Monday nights</p>&#13;
<p>Training: Training would be on 1st shift for about 4 weeks before moving to 3rd.</p>&#13;
<p>Pay rate: Pay rate based on experience but $26-30/hr. Plus $2/hr. shift differential on top of it.</p>&#13;
<p>Position type: Direct Hire</p>&#13;
<p>Job location: Mt Pleasant, WI</p>&#13;

<p>Specific Duties:</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Dispatch loads.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Pick and stage various loads in shipping area.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Store finished products and cartons in the warehouse, recording in BPCS/SAP.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Keep dispatch and warehouse area clean and tidy with a focus on 5S and sanitation.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Manage RF gun fleet (handoffs at shift changes, proper battery maintenance etc.).</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; May need to fill in for shipping administrator, set up rush shipments, oversee loading of late day pick-ups.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Motivate and effectively lead Team members.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Help instill a culture of trust and fairness, with effective communication and promoting good work practices within the Team. </p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Communicate effectively with production/quality personnel and shift change overs.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Participate in relevant continuous improvement programs.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Participation in training programs as identified by SEDA management.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Continuously improve self and departmentâs performance.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.</p>&#13;

<p>Skill Requirements:</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Knowledge and practice for 1+ years in warehouse setting preferred.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; 1+ years Forklift experience preferred.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Ability demonstrated with successful results in the past 1+ years to lead teams,working well independently</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; IT literate with 1+ yearsâ experience of Manufacturing systems: i.e.: Applications and Products in Data Processing / Performance Based Communication Surveillance, Application System, (SAP) preferred.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; High degree of comfort using professional judgment without supervision.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Knowledge and practice of 1+ yearsin 5S â Lean manufacturing tools, Microsoft Office Tools, Mathematical Computations, and Problem-Solving Skills; be autonomous and self-driven is a must.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Understanding of their role in supporting the Food Safety Management System and the food safety hazards of the job to which they are assigned.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Excellent time management skills</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Strong focus on customer service, have good problem-solving skills, be adept at written and verbal communication, and have excellent organizational skills.</p>&#13;
