<p>We are seeking a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position involves maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and physical structures. <p>manufacturing environment.</p>&#13;
<p>Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.</p>&#13;
<p>Ability to work 2nd shift hours (typically 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM) and some weekends.</p>&#13;
<p>Bilingual Preferred but NOT required.</p>&#13;

<p>Physical Requirements:</p>&#13;
<p>Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.</p>&#13;

<p>Primary Responsibility: Primary ownership of all maintenance requirements for area that includes</p>&#13;
<p>Printing Press and related support equipment; Slitter; Blanking and Labeling equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>&nbsp;</p>&#13;
<p>Specific Duties:</p>&#13;
<p>1. Learn and understand key functions operating requirements of the various equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>2. Installation, repair and support of new production equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>3. Work in concert with Facilities and Mechatronics teams for installation, repair and support of robotics.</p>&#13;
<p>4. Breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>5. Development and execution of a PM program for all equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>6. Critical spare parts identification and procurement and control.</p>&#13;
<p>7. Tooling maintenance program support and improvement.</p>&#13;
<p>8. Training development and execution to elevate the overall skill level among leads, floaters, and</p>&#13;
<p>operators.</p>&#13;
<p>9. Repair and adjustment of all equipment, machinery, or components, etc.</p>&#13;
<p>10. Clean machines and machine parts, using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other</p>&#13;
<p>equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>11. Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.</p>&#13;
<p>12. Set up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations.</p>&#13;
<p>13. Operate equipment to demonstrate proper use or to analyze malfunctions.</p>&#13;
<p>14. Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying</p>&#13;
<p>knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems.</p>&#13;
<p>15. Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures.</p>&#13;

<p>2. Working knowledge of all site services including: Compressed air, vacuum and chilled water</p>&#13;

<p>*Must know basic math and measurement skills</p>&#13;
<p>*This position fixes mechanical, tooling, electrical issues on the machinery. This dept (blanking) is the cutting phase so they take a large role of paper, set it up on the machine to be fed through a die cutter, which cut the paper into rectangular sheets (these are called Blanks). On the opposite side is a robotic arm that builds pallets of Blanks.</p>&#13;
<p>*Big plus to come from food packaging or any packaging background, but not required.</p>&#13;
<p>&nbsp;</p>&#13;
<p>3rd shift: M-F; 11pm-7am.<br />&#13;
Pay: pay based on experience up to $35/hr + $2/hr shift premium.<br />&#13;

<p>&bull; Bending Operations: Operate the brake press machine to accurately bend and form metal parts according to specified angles, dimensions, and tolerances, following established procedures and safety protocols.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.</p>&#13;

<p>Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:</p>&#13;

<p>&bull; Assembles products using product or part specification sheets.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Inspects product, palletizes rejected product for transportation to regrind, performs minor repairs on remaining product and applies labels to product retrieved from the machines or the material handling equipment.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Packs products into boxes for sale or case packs products according to instructions provided. Stacks or loads boxes or cases onto pallets. Manually stretch wraps pallets for movement to other areas as necessary.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Properly accounts for all products by completing necessary paperwork so production results and inventory can be accurately recorded.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Performs troubleshooting activities. Calls Line Lead if trouble is found.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Monitors levels of materials such as resins, boxes, etc. Calls Line Lead, Raw Material, or Material Handler to replenish any needed supply.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Produces all of the product planned. Does not allow the machine(s) to over run parts or product.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Attends shift start meeting daily.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Inspects and maintains a clean work area throughout the entire shift. Focuses the last 15 minutes of their shift on cleaning and preparing their work area for the incoming shift.</p>&#13;

<p>Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:</p>&#13;
<p>Order picking and material handling</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Compares pallet tag to pallet load and configuration to ensure accuracy.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Scans bar code on the pallet label to enter information into the scanner and manually enters quantity information into the scanner; downloads information contained in scanners into the IRIS inventory system hourly.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Using powered or hand operated lift equipment, stores finished goods or parts in designated locations and scans location.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Performs physical inventory counts as required.</p>&#13;
<p>&bull; Performs vehicle inspections according to company standards.</p>&#13;

Also, shipping trucks and shipping containers, verifying shipping route schedules and checking orders for accuracy prior to shipping. Assist when needed to loading and unloading pallets of bottled water ensuring the quality of products, and maintaining the warehouse: stage rows of pallets.</p>&#13;
